  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
    All of our personalisation is created using authentic Cricut products. This could be Infusible Ink, Permanent or Heat Transfer Vinyl, depending on the item you choose. We purchase our Cricut products directly from Cricut.
  • Where are you located?
    We are based on the Essex/Cambridgeshire border. We work from an office in our garden.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn't answered here?
    Please contact us via email directly design@sunnymead.me.uk or use the form in the contact section of the website.
  • Where do you ship too?
    We ship our products across the UK. Items can be shipped internationally but postage cost will differ accordingly. Please contact us for more details.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Please allow 3-5 business days for processing the order and personalising your items. Once completed your order will be sent using 1st class postage.
  • What do I do if I don't receive my order?
    Please contact us via email design@sunnymead.me.uk and we will rectify the issue as soon as we can.
  • Can I return my product?
    As each item is personalised we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    Email us immediately design@sunnymead.me.uk and we will send a replacement item.
